Its just the same from the workers point of view. Biggest mistake I made, they crushed my will, hopes and dreams. It is not about "Customer Support/service" its about the numbers that telstra give to the media, ie, the number of phone calls answered per day (We answer more calls than Optus, for example)I had to sign a form to say that I will not give out secrets, ie, that telstra customer support/service depts are outsourced, not part of telstra. So that "telstra" workers do not know what the other depts are doing and keep there workers (more like robots)in the dark. Maybe old news now.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7322031491736793995.post-23725398517570134392008-04-08T21:53:00.000+10:002008-04-08T21:53:00.000+10:00I have been reading some of your posts. In 1996 I went back and saw the lawyer again, when you posted "I could be posting something new each week for another year", I had well over 10 years, of non-stop interference with every service I had, I had 3 phones at one time, one a mobile, made no difference, every single day they were interferred with, every day. NOTHING was ever done except less service than before, until it got to the stage no one could get through except the harassment. And that had no trouble getting through. This was when it was Telecom, wasn't much competition for them then, but obviously some things don't change even if there is. Now I just get heaps of problems with the computer. Don't have a landline of my own any more. Good luck.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
